Cookie & Tracking Policy

This page describes the cookies and similar technologies used on guest.site tenant sites and the admin platform.
1. Strictly necessary
__Host-gs-session— authenticated session for admin users.__Host-gs-csrf— CSRF protection for state-changing requests.
2. Analytics
We use a self-hosted instance of Open Web Analytics (OWA) to count page views and sessions on guest.site corporate pages and to measure page views, sessions, and configured on-page interactions on tenant sites. The corporate signup tracker does not capture form values, form submissions, click text, or page URL query strings. OWA sets first-party cookies only after you choose "Allow". We do not share OWA data with third-party advertising networks. Analytics data is anonymised at the IP level.
3. Preference
Some tenants enable preference cookies (e.g. theme selection). These contain no personal information.
4. Marketing
On guest.site corporate pages and the registration/onboarding flow, configured advertising measurement tools may include Meta Pixel and the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel. These tools can process page, device, network, attribution, and conversion information for advertising measurement. They are not enabled on tenant storefronts or tenant dashboards. Phase one does not explicitly pass customer identifiers to the OpenAI Pixel, and automatic advanced matching must remain disabled in Ads Manager unless separately reviewed. These tools do not load until you choose "Allow", regardless of your location or browser time zone.
5. Your choices
Analytics and marketing measurement are off unless you choose "Allow". Use the "Cookie settings" button on an applicable page to allow or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future corporate analytics and advertising measurement events and clears known OWA and Meta first-party cookies where the browser permits. You can also clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the admin platform to function.
